Delete your NeatSilo account
NeatSilo is provided by Swiftlink L.L.C-FZ. This page explains how to delete your NeatSilo account and what happens to your data.
In the app
Web (app.neatsilo.com): sign in, go to Settings → Security → Delete account, enter your password and type CONFIRM DELETE.
Mobile app: open Settings → Account → Delete account, enter your password and type CONFIRM DELETE. You need an internet connection.
You'll receive an email confirming the deletion.
If you can't sign in
Email support@neatsilo.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm it's you, then delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your login, profile and profile picture
- Your membership of your organisation
- Your notifications, preferences and the push notification tokens for your devices
If you're the only member of your organisation, the organisation and all its data are deleted too, and any subscription is cancelled.
What is kept
- Stock and job history you recorded stays in your organisation's records, because it belongs to the organisation. Your name stays on those entries, but they're no longer linked to an account.
- Billing and invoice records are kept as long as tax and accounting laws require, currently up to 7 years.
- A deletion record with internal reference numbers and the date only, not your name or email address.
- Backups are overwritten within 7 days.
If you're the only admin of an organisation that has other members, make someone else an admin first, or contact us.

Supprimer votre compte NeatSilo
Sur le web (app.neatsilo.com) : connectez-vous, allez dans Paramètres → Sécurité → Supprimer le compte, saisissez votre mot de passe et tapez CONFIRMER LA SUPPRESSION.
Dans l'application mobile : ouvrez Paramètres → Compte → Supprimer le compte, saisissez votre mot de passe et tapez CONFIRMER LA SUPPRESSION. Une connexion internet est nécessaire.
Si vous ne pouvez pas vous connecter : écrivez à support@neatsilo.com depuis l'adresse e-mail de votre compte, avec l'objet « Supprimer mon compte ». Nous supprimerons le compte sous 30 jours après avoir vérifié votre identité.
Votre identifiant, votre profil, votre appartenance à l'organisation, vos notifications et vos préférences sont supprimés. L'historique de stock et de chantiers reste dans les registres de votre organisation, et les données de facturation sont conservées aussi longtemps que la loi l'exige (jusqu'à 7 ans).
